Yogurt Berry Bites

Ingredients

Scale

6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Baking sheet

Wax paper or foil

Mixing bowl

Mixing spoon

Tablespoon

Small plate


Instructions

  1. Wash hands; get out ingredients and utensils.
  2. Line baking sheet with wax paper or foil.
  3. Mix yogurt and berries.
  4. Scoop out 1 tablespoon yogurt covered berries and place onto line baking sheet.
  5. Freeze clusters.
  6. When ready to serve, place 3 Yogurt Berry Bites on a plate and enjoy!

Notes

Change it up! Try Yogurt Berry Bites with different berries like blackberries, raspberries or strawberries. Any mix of several types of berries, fresh or frozen, works. Plan yogurt or another flavor might also be tasty!
