Snack-size zip top bag
Choose two grains:
2 tablespoons round oat cereal*
2 tablespoons square corn, rice or wheat cereal*
2 tablespoons whole grain goldfish crackers
Choose once fruit:
2 tablespoons dried cranberries*
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons dried apples
2 tablespoons dried banana chips
Choose one protein:
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds*
2 tablespoons peanuts
2 tablespoons almond slivers
2 tablespoons soy nuts

Instructions
- Wash hands; get out ingredients and zip top bag.
- Choose 2 grain options and add to bag.
- Choose 1 fruit option and add to bag.
- Choose 1 protein option and add to bag.
- Zip close the bag and shake to mix.
- Enjoy your Trail Snack Mix!
