Berry Yogurt

Ingredients

Scale

6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup strawberries, chopped

3 small bowls

Mixing spoon

Butter knife


Instructions

  1. Wash hands; get out ingredients and utensils.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey into yogurt.
  3. Divide yogurt into two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl of yogurt with half the berries.
  5. Enjoy your Berry Yogurt!

Notes

Change it up! Try Berry Yogurt with different berries like blackberries, raspberries or blueberries. Add crunch with some granola, dry cereal or crushed pretzels on top.
